The ice cream was delicious but the ambience could be improved.

The ambience is getting on in years, although you could ignore who the ice cream would be better. The consistency of the ice cream is way too firm; it is more like a piece of frozen butter. The ice cream had an indefinable and unpleasant aftertaste in all the varieties we tried. There's a lot of room for improvement.

On this hot summer day we went to the Venezia ice cream parlor several times. The ice cream is delicious. At the end of our vacation in Naumburg, we treated ourselves to another Apperol. The service is friendly and courteous. We can highly recommend the ice cream parlor.

Ice cream quite good, location on the street but not very idyllic. The outside area is therefore sometimes very noisy.

Great ice cream, great location, great service and almost all* friendly staff members. * = me and my sister went to get an ice cream 30 minutes before closing time a few days ago, but the place was already closed, we saw a female staff member inside looking at us, but she didnt help us. She just hid behind the bar until we went away, which was very rude.

Delicious ice cream appealing served at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the preparation took longer behind the counter, as it would have been necessary in an empty dining room. A little more motivation would be nice. Otherwise great!

The guest has to wait. The host prefers to maintain private social contacts. WC not barrier-free but technically interesting. You can look out the cellar through the window of the men's WC on the street. Is it the other way around? Exclusive upholstery of the seats. It was apparently renovated. Remains of the old furnishings still protrude pointedly under the windows. These are almost all small flaws that can be fixed easily. - If you want. - Otherwise average in taste.

Tasty sundae or on the hand. Fast and friendly service. What more do you want.

Friendly service. Ice cream very tasty. Are many varieties and delicious cups. Toilets very clean and modern. For children there are small playground equipment and also high chairs were thought. Just to recommend further.

Unfortunately, with greater pressure, which is foreseeable, hopelessly overwhelmed. Better planning would have generated a great turnover. So we enjoyed the sun, but not much else: /

Friendly and fast! The ice cream tastes really great! The prices are completely reasonable! After the complete remodeling, everything was done very well. As well as the toilets with fine wash hand basin and a very nice mirror. Ambience is cozy.

Super nice family business, you taste and feel that here is still working with love and not for pure profit. The ice cream, the waffles, even the coffee offers taste delicious. It is sometimes surprised with new flavors. The owners are very friendly. You can tell that they work there for the love of the craft. I can only recommend one or more visits. We like to travel from Kassel to Naumburg for a good ice cream in a great atmosphere.

Be it summer or winter, there are always new delicious ice cream waffles etc to taste. Great idea in winter with the waffle menu and breakfast. Due to the redesign in the interior, it now looks perfectly designed in time. And cakes are available in summer or winter always different varieties. Price performance fits very well. A big thumbs up.
